BPD is a non-profit membership organisation. The membership base comprises some 400 organisations and individuals including: private companies, local government representatives, donor and international organisations, academic groups, civil society organisations and individuals.
Members perform the legal requirements of the organisation; however, the Mailing List is the primary way of keeping up to date on BPD events and activities.
